The winning entry will be the image that is judged to be the most visually appealing. Photo entries will be vetted and any images that are deemed to be indecent or show unsafe use of a hot tub will not be processed for entry. All image that pass the vetting process will be posted to the online gallery and the BISHTA Facebook page: www.facebook.com/PoolsHotTubs
It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that any images they submit have been taken with the permission of the subject and do not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws. Entrants must warrant that the photograph they are submitting is their own photograph and that they own the copyright for it.
Copyright in all images submitted for this competition remains with the respective entrants. By entering the competition, all entrants grant to BISHTA the right to publish and exhibit their photographs on their promotional materials and on the BISHTA website.
Only fully completed registrations will be eligible.
The closing for receipt of entries is 31st August 2015 at midnight.
The winners name can be obtained by sending an SAE to the marketing department at BISHTA Ltd, 4 Eastgate House, Andover, Hampshire SP10 1EP
The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with any other offer, promotions or discount.
The prize comprises of: an Odeon/Vue Cinema gift voucher worth £20
The prize is subject to availability.
The winners may be required to take part in publicity.
No responsibility will be accepted by BISHTA for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
The winner will be selected by BISHTA. If the winner is unable to be contacted after reasonable attempts have been made, BISHTA reserves the right to either offer the prize to a runner-up or to re-offer the prize in any future competition.
English law applies and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail.
