  • By successfully completing a recognised course in Water Hygiene Management.
  • By demonstrating skill, experience and business integrity.
  • And by signing up to abide by the BISHTA Standards and Code of Ethics.

What does Membership cost?

Please note that all costs are inclusive of VAT

Full Members (Manufacturers & Distributors) £62.50 per month or £750.00 p.a.

Affiliate Members (Dealers & Retailers) £31.25 per month or £375.00 p.a.

Allied Trade Members (Service engineers) £16.75 per month or £201.00 p.a.

Associate Members (Holiday Lodges) £10.75 per month or £129.00 p.a.

An application fee of £100.00 inclusive of VAT is required with the submission of the application form. Upon approval of membership, your account will be credited with the sum of £100.00 towards your first year of membership. In the event that you either cancel your application before approval is confirmed, or you do not comply with the outstanding entry requirements within 18 months of your application, BISHTA confirms that the full application fee of £100.00 will not be refundable.

Please note that there are reduced fees for Full Members with an annual turnover of less than £250,000, for Affiliate Members with an annual turnover of less than £50,000 and for Associate Members with less than 5 Hot Tubs on their site. Please contact the office to inquire about these fees.
