1. BISHTA customer leaflet
A draft version for the wording of this leaflet is now available to our members (see attached). We would be grateful
for your feedback regarding this. Please forward your comments to the BISHTA office in preparation for the leaflet
to be finalised in July.
2. Collating Industry Statistics
BISHTA full members should now be in receipt of their letter requesting this important information. As a reminder,
please can relevant full members submit data for the period from 1st April to 30 June 2009 by the 31st July and the
previous three years at your earliest convenience.
3. BISHTA Awards sponsorship
Please note that the sponsorship of this event to held on Friday 18th September is being finalised next week and
it is hoped to confirm the full list of sponsors before the end of June. If any BISHTA member would like to sponsor
the awards please contact the office for more details. Thank you.
