1. Hot Tubs in the news
Traditional Homes & Interiors have just finished their June magazine featuring Hot Tubs and Swim Spas and this is
part of the PIP strategy to raise the profile of our industry with a wider audience.
Please note that What Pool & Hot Tub magazine is due to be distributed very shortly and this will also be a vital way
of ensuring consumers know what BISHTA members can offer them.
2. Business Link latest offers
The above organisation has just contacted the BISHTA office to highlight that they have produced a number of new
documents that are free to download helping you to generate more business online.
Please visit their website by posting the following link into your browser:

3. Scam – Beware
We continue to be indebted to members for alerting us to the latest scams in the hope that we can alert you to
minimise any potential losses. A BISHTA member was contacted and asked to sell some water testing equipment
(in batches of 5 items) and the alarm bells started to ring when the customer said he wanted to pay with
two credit cards. The address he gave the member in London turned out to be dubious as well,
so please be careful as it is not always items worth thousands of pounds that they want from you.
4. Bottle PR – Tip of the Month
Now that June is nearly here, we only have two weeks until the big World Cup tournament begins,
so now is the time to get the garden ready for a World Cup gathering!
Whether it’s a pool party or enjoying the game from the comfort of a hot tub, this summer is set to be
an exciting one, so don’t forget to consider adding water fun to the garden when planning this year’s
garden improvements!
